Chinese Pork Ribs Recipe
Here's our quick and easy Chinese Pork Ribs Recipe, some recipes call for slow oven cooking, ours achieves the tenderising with 15 minutes of simmering!
4 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
4 Tbsp Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp Soft Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
Place the ribs into a pan and cover with water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
Mix the marinade ingredients together in a mixing bowl and once the ribs have finished simmering stir them into the mixture ensuring a good covering.
You can cover and leave the ribs until you are ready to finish them off under the grill or on the BBQ.
Once ready grill or BBQ for 15-20 minutes turning occasionally and using any leftover marinade to baste!
Serve with rice and sliced cucumber.
