We operate from our farm in the heart of Wales, and work with a group of organic farmers and food producers in Wales and the Borders. Whilst many people come to us because of the organic nature of our produce, it is our quality which makes them return again and again. We pride ourselves on the quality of all our produce, and in particular our meats. We have won numerous awards (Great Taste, True Taste & The Organic Food Awards) in recognition of the taste and quality of our products) and the standard of our service.

We reserve the right to take payment for your order at the time of ordering. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Shop, and click add on any items that you wish to buy. This will add them effortlessly to your shopping basket which is displayed on the right of the screen. After you have finished your selection, click on "Check Out". We accept credit card payments. Owing to the nature of our products, logistics and some international trading restrictions on UK meat, we are only able to accept orders from within the UK at present. We accept Visa and Mastercard, Switch, AmericanExpress, Delta and Visa affiliated debit cards. Delivery Schedule Your order will be despatched for overnight delivery normally within a week. Should you require your delivery sooner this can also be pre- arranged. We will contact you by email before we send the produce. All our meat, except whole chickens, is vacuum-packed, and all items are individually labelled and priced. The meat is packed in insulated boxes, with ice packs. Payment & Weights Please note: due to the weighed nature of some of our products (such as meat and fish), and the fact that all our produce is hand-prepared, we only take an estimate payment at the ordering stage. Any payment amendments will be taken/refunded after the order is invoiced, the invoice may vary from the initial payment taken at the checkout, due to variations in pack weights. Prices, Descriptions and Availability of Goods Prices are subject to change without notice and all goods are sold subject to availability. Prices are shown for guidance purposes only. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure that product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Colour and texture may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to limitations of internet technology. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation. Where appropriate VAT at the prevailing rate is included in the prices shown. Special Offers, Promotions and Vouchers We reserve the right to refuse any special offer, promotional or voucher price.Promotional and voucher codes do not apply to carriage though our free carriage offers will still apply for larger orders. Shipping And Handling We have a minimum order of £80.00 to qualify for free delivery. For more details please see our Carriage Charges page. Delivery is normally Tuesday - Saturday. Frozen Produce Whilst we make every effort to ensure that frozen items remain frozen on delivery, by the use of extra ice or dry ice, we cannot guarantee this, and cannot be held responsible for any defrosting which may occur en route. Whilst we offer aim to deliver next day to UK mainland addresses, this isn’t always possible due to seasonal or high demands on the courier. Graig Farm cannot be held liable for delays in delivery within the recommended delivery period of 48 hours due to circumstances beyond our control including, but not limited to traffic, emergencies or adverse weather. We advise our customers to provide detailed delivery instructions when placing an order. If none are provided we will automatically instruct the couriers to leave in a safe place. You will be charged in full if the courier attempts to deliver to the address that you have provided for delivery without success (although we will make reasonable endeavours to contact you to discuss). If the customer refuses the delivery within the recommended delivery period, no refund will be given or replacement provided. We make sure produce is always packed to be fit for consumption up to 48 hours after dispatch. All boxes are lined with WoolCool insulation and are packed with ice which has been frozen down to -80 degrees Celsius. If a customer refuses the order within the time frame then they will be held responsible for paying for their order. Please make sure all contact details are correct to enable full tracking of your order. You will receive texts and emails from the couriers with regular updates on your order. Back Orders We do not normally back-order out of stock items. Your card will only be debited for the goods that are shipped. Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. Should you wish to cancel your order all goods must be cancelled within 7 days of the date you made the online order. We do not accept For non-perishable items (from our grocery, non-food and off-licence departments) there is a 7 working-day cancellation period from the day following receipt of produce. Should you change your mind regarding these items, goods must be returned to Graig Farm, unopened and undamaged. The cost of return can be arranged through Graig Farm, and would be charged at cost. A refund would be made within 30 days. This cancellation period does not apply to our perishable goods. Complaints We trust you never need to complain about our service or produce, and indeed levels of complaints are low (see our continuing customer questionnaire responses). You will be contacted within 5 working days if you have a complaint. We are a relatively small company, and can therefore offer a personal service. Mail order complaints are the normal responsibility of the sales team, but others may deal with individual cases. Our system enables us to speedily remedy a problem once it is brought to our attention. All complaints are recorded and the system checked.
