We now use an almost entirely recyclable and compostable system of packing parcels for mail order customers. A wool-based insulation material is natural, clean, and extremely efficient at insulation. The wool is covered in a compostable cover and the 'void fillers' which prevent the food from being damaged by moving around during transit is also made from a degradable material. This is all packed in a strong but recyclable cardboard box.
We use an overnight courier service and can deliver from Tuesday through to Saturday. Please indicate your preferred date when placing your order. Deliveries take place between 8am and 6pm but arrangements can be made to leave your goods in a safe place if you happen to be out.
Our delivery service operates throughout the UK but unfortunately there are some areas of the UK (particularly off-shore islands and northern Scotland) where we are unable to offer a next day delivery service. Some other areas may attract additional delivery charges.
Orders over £80 are delivered free of charge
Orders between £30.00-£79.99 will incur a charge of £7.50
