Start by scraping the scales off the skin of the salmon if not done already.
Then rinse off your salmon and rub with an organic lemon
( A tsp of vinegar can be used if you run out of lemon).
Let it sit for 2 mins then rinse.
Next add all the your ingredients into the mixing bowl and mix until fully combined.
Place Salmon onto a sheet of baking or parchment paper
Cut a slice of orange and squeeze the rest into your mix
Generously marinate your salmon, garnish with fresh coriander and place the orange on the top
Sprinkle over with crushed black pepper and wrap in baking/parchment paper
Place in oven and steam for 15 mins or until well done.
Take out the salmon once cooked and gently unravel the paper.
Contents will be very hot and steam will be released so carry out with care.
