Serves: 2 - 4

Ingredients:
ORGANIC OR FREE RANGE CHICKEN HALF
1 tsp Organic Honey
1 tsp Black Pepper
3 tsp Aroma All Purpose Seasoning
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 Chilli Flakes
1 tsp Garlic Granules
1 tsp Ginger Powder
Curly Parsley, chopped
Sauce
1 Fresh Ginger 
Fresh Garlic
6 tbsp Organic Honey 
1/2 Lemon 
1 tsp Mixed Herbs
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Black Pepper
2 tsp Corn Starch 
1/2 Lemon
2 tsp Sesame Seed oil
Himalayan Salt (to taste)
Water 
Method:
Pre heat oven: Fan 200°C or Gas Mark 6
Place chicken in a large bowl and squeeze over a fresh lemon, rub in and let it sit for 2-3 minutes then rinse off with water. 
Once the chicken is clean, add all the seasonings, spices and herbs. 
Rub in thoroughly and set aside for 10 minutes, then place into the oven for 50 mins. 
Whilst your chicken is in the oven, make your sticky sauce.
Method for Sauce
First slice fresh garlic into long thin matchsticks and chop your garlic.
Heat up a sauce pan with sesame seed oil and add in the ginger and garlic.
Cook till it becomes aromatic and golden brown.
Next add in your honey, herbs & spices, black pepper, squeezed lemon and
himalayan salt if needed. Stir and bring to a boil on a low to medium heat for 5 minutes.
In a cup, add the corn flour starch and add 2 tbs of cold water. Mix till all the corn
starch dissolves and there are no lumps.
Stir as you pour corn starch mix into your honey and ginger sauce to thicken. Your sauce
will start to become thick and sticky. Take it off the heat and leave to cool down, ready
to brush onto your chicken.
Once chicken is ready, brush over with your sticky ginger honey sauce and
serve with vegetables or brown rice.
