Our range of organic pies and savouries are from local small-scale orgainic bakeries who have great passion in the products they produce - we think that is obvious in the finished product - we hope you will agree!

PIES & Pasties
Made by Mike Sweetman in Wales, these are simply delicious!
Mike is rightly proud of his pies which are made:
- Sourcing fresh meat from trusted British Organic suppliers (principly Graig Farm) and cooking it themselves. (Lots of pie and ready meal makers buy big tubs of ready-cooked, frozen or canned meat, often from South America).
- They glaze every pie by hand with real Organic Free Range eggs, like you would at home.(Lots of other companies use bright orange artificial "egg-colour" designed to spray millions of pies through an automatic machine).
- They don't use artificial ingredients at all. Ever. Organic regulations means that hydrogenated fats, MSG, or any Genetically Modified ingredients are strictly verboten!
- They make all their pastry themselves so they know exactly what's in it. (Lots of pie and pastie companies buy in their pastry - you'd be as surprised as we were if you knew who they were...)
The Pie Range:
The pies are made with shortcrust pastry and weigh 270g. They are pre-cooked, and arrive boxed. Suitable for eating fresh or for freezing and using at a furture date.
