Course 1 - The Fish

Why not start off with a real treat - some organic smoked salmon! From the swift-flowing waters off the Scottish coast, these fish swim around 5,000 miles a year - similar to a wild salmon. This gives them a great flavour and texture, and makes just a superb smoked salmon. Available in a range of sizes from 100 gm packs. for more info on our salmon, click here. Course 2 - The Full Cooked Breakfast

Organic cooked breakfastThen follow on with some award-winning Graig Farm bacon - traditionally dry cured, and with a simply superb flavour. Fried or grilled it is simply delicious. So good that it has won several awards, from Organic Food Awards in 1993 and 2004, to the Great Taste Awards in 2001, when it not only won a Gold, but also Best Organic Product, and Best Welsh Product. And some wonderful award-winning Graig Farm pork sausages. We have a range of flavours and either half pound (225gm) or full pound (450gm) pack sizes. Choose from the really tasty plain pork, or be more adventurous with The Oxford sausage, pork & apple, pork & garlic, spicy pork, or smoky pork. We even have special children's sausages. Of course, to many people, a good English cooked breakfast would not be complete without some baked beans, which of course we can offer in their organic form. Just to complete the traditional cooked breakfast, add a little of our organic Tomato Ketchup or Worcester Sauce.

Course 3 - Cereals

Organic Meusli from PimhillPimhill Farm in Shropshire has been organic since 1949. They grow their own cereals, and produce their own muesli and porridge oats. Pertwood Farm in Wiltshire produces a range of cereals based on their own grain, and the Doves Farm CornFlakes and other cereals give you a real choice. Course 4 - Toast & Marmalade

Local Wildflower HoneyOrganic MarmaladeWe have a huge range of bread and bakery products (see our bakery page). Try some of our delicious all-butter croissants, or stick with some white or wholemeal toast. Add some organic butter, and top it with some delicious organic marmalade (Seville, Grapefruit or Three Fruit). What about some local wildflower honey, which although not organic, if from local hives, which are almost entirely surrounded by woods and pastures.

The Drinks

Of course, breakfast wouldn't be breakfast without some refreshing organic English Breakfast tea, or organic coffee. We can even supply the organic sugar!
