Italian bruschetta is a great savoury snack when spread on toast or a hot French Stick! The name derives from the original cooking method - the Italian verb bruscare - to 'roast over coals'.

The word tapas comes from the Spoanish tapar - to cover. Their origins are centuries old, from a time when small offerings of food, typically on a piece of bread, were placed on top of glasses of wine served in Spanish bars.
Our tapas, from the local food producer Sierra Rica, honour this tradition by proving a range of delicious and easy to serve spreads, based on classic Andalucian ingredients - and with the added extra of being organic. Just spread on bread or crisp vegetables and you have a quick, bite-sized Tapa to enjoy with a drink. Eating like this reflects the Spanish way of life today with its love of play and pleasure!
