What Our Customers Think

We are keen to know what our mail order customers think of our service. That is why we invite them to complete a questionnaire on each delivery. We have now analysed thousands of replies.

The analysis of the results of this questionnaire are shown below (updated September 2007).

How good is the Quality of our produce?

87% thought our produce was "excellent". A further 12% thought it was "good".

How helpful are our staff?

When you phone up for details or queries, are you sure you will be met by friendly and helpful staff? 87% of our customers found our telephone staff particularly helpful, the balance found them 'okay' (0.2% found them unhelpful).

What about Value for Money?

Our customers expect to pay a little more for our produce due to its organic nature and its quality, but do our customers think they are getting value for money? According to the questionnaire results, 64% of our customers believe the value for money to be "good", with 35% believing it to be "reasonable".

How easy is it to order?

Ease of ordering is important for our customers. So, how easy did they find it? 84% of our customers think that it is "very easy", with 15% finding that it is 'okay'.

Would you buy our meat again?

The customers were asked "After ordering from us would you order again?" The answer is a resounding 'yes'! Of the replies, 98% said they would order again.
