Ragstone goat cheese
A superb, mature, semi-soft, 'non-goaty' cheese, with a white rind. Bronze Medal Winner at the '96 British Cheese Awards. The cheese has a clean, but not sharp flavour when young, and matures to a rich texture. Not organic. Un-pasteurised. 200 gms per cheese
