Org Unbleached white flour (16kg)
This superb flour is from the award-winning Bacheldre Watermill in mid-Wales. Dating back to the 16th Century, the mill still operates to traditional standards of quality, produced using methods and equipment unchanged for centuries. This flour has been gently dressed to sift out the bran. There is no bleaching or heating processes to artificially whiten it. Very small particles of bran pass through the sieve and this characterises the natural wheaten colour of the bread. Ideal for home bread-making.
