Org strawberry plants - 'Alice' (10)
New Variety - late mid-season. An exciting selection from HRI East Malling. It is a few days earlier than Symphony and Florence, and has a very long picking season. The plant has an upright habit and has excellent disease resistance particularly to wilt and crown rot and seems to have good mildew resistance too. The fruit are large, sweet and juicy and evenly sized. Looks an impressive new variety and looks good for organic growing conditions. Available mid-November to mid-December.
