Organic Stoneground Strong Unbleached White flour from the multi-award-winning Bacheldre Water Mill in mid-Wales, has been gently dressed to sift out the bran. Dating back to the 16th Century, the mill still operates to traditional standards of quality, produced using methods and equipment unchanged for centuries.They don't pass our white flour through any bleaching/heating processes to artificially whiten it. Very small particles of bran pass through the sieve and this characterises the natural wheaten colour of the bread.
