Org stoneground strong malted blend flour (1.5kg)
This superb flour is from the award-winning Bacheldre Watermill in mid-Wales. Dating back to the 16th Century, the mill still operates to traditional standards of quality, produced using methods and equipment unchanged for centuries. This flour makes an excellent granary-type loaf. A blend of unbleached white flour, 100% wholemeal and specially malted, rolled wheat flakes. This produces a wholesome loaf with a sweet malted taste and crunchy texture.
