Dating back to the 16th Century, the mill still operates to traditional standards of quality, produced using methods and equipment unchanged for centuries. This flour is simply 100% wholemeal flour, with nothing added and nothing taken away. The bread made will be full flavoured and very satisfying!. Try blending up to 50% for lighter texture.
