Org Stoneground Spelt flour (16kg)
This superb flour is from the award-winning Bacheldre Watermill in mid-Wales. Dating back to the 16th Century, the mill still operates to traditional standards of quality, produced using methods and equipment unchanged for centuries. The cereal Spelt is an ancient relative of modern wheat with a delicious and distinctive nutty, wheaty flavour. Spelt contains gluten which makes it ideal for bread making; the gluten, however, is more fragile than that found in wheat, making it easier to digest.
