Org Stoneground Rye Flour (1.5kg)
This superb flour is from the award-winning Bacheldre Watermill in mid-Wales. Dating back to the 16th Century, the mill still operates to traditional standards of quality, produced using methods and equipment unchanged for centuries. This flour is milled from a hardy cereal grass and contains less gluten than wholemeal flour. For that reason it won't produce a well-risen loaf of bread without the addition of some higher-protein flour. It is ideal for sour doughs, German and Scandinavian breads.
