Org Stoneground fine ground wholemeal (16kg)
This superb flour is from the award-winning Bacheldre Watermill in mid-Wales. Dating back to the 16th Century, the mill still operates to traditional standards of quality, produced using methods and equipment unchanged for centuries. This is specially produced by milling the wheat until it is finely ground. It is excellent for chapattis, pastry making and for baking.
