Half a pure-bred mountain lamb from the hills of Wales. Fed mainly on wild herbs and grasses, the diet and breed combine to produce a small lamb of superb yet delicate flavour, matured on the bone after slaughter for that extra-special taste. The whole lamb is delivered as 1 boned & rolled shoulder, 2 half legs, 1 rack, loin chops, chump chops, neck, and 1 breasts. Total weight 3.5-5kg
