Org French Chestnuts in box (200g)
These delicious cooked and peeled chestnuts come from the Ardeche in south east France - the most famous chestnut griowing area in the world, with the trees originally planted by the Roman Legions. More than 80 organic co-operatives and growers produce the chestnuts which are almost manually processed, fresh from the harvest. The nuts are cooked and peeled, before being packed in an attractive box. A spread and puree are also available.
