Produced by small-scale farmers from a farmers' co-operative in Burkina Faso, using simple but effective solar driers, these superb-tasting fruit are free from any additives, and are grown without the use of any pesticides or artificial fertilisers. Organically certified and FairTraded. The Co-oprative teaches its members improved organic farming techniques and re-afforestation, as well as sponsoring literacy and general education. The Co-op has 2,800 members. Organic Fairtrade mango is ready to eat and is an ideal snack for all ages. It is also delicious when rehydrated in water, juices or yoghurt. After 30 minutes, the mango is soft enough to be pureed.
