Org Cava Can Vendrell - Sparkling (W12)
Spain - Albet i Noya. Yet another star wine from this superb Spanish estate. A methode traditionelle, this sparkler has all the hallmarks of a fine vintage champagne, but without the price ! Classic yeasty, biscuity nose gives way to a soft, fine palate of buttery fruit, nuts and almonds followed by a persistent and very long finish. Delicious !
