New Zealand Hoki fillet (Macruronus novaezelandiae) (frozen)
This delicious white fish is part of our sustainable fish range. The fish are managed by the New Zealand authorities as a sustainable fishery, which is approved by the Marine Stewardship Council. Hoki is in demand because its flesh is moist, white and delicate, with few bones. As an excellent alternative to cod or haddock, it suits a wide range of cooking methods. Available as skinless frozen fillets (110-170g). Some defrosting may occur en-route, but the fish can be put into the freezer on arrival.
