This range of prepared dishes is made from pure fillets of sustainably fished Saithe (a close relation of the cod) which is caught in the North East Atlantic. Saithe is listed by the Marine Conservation Society as "Fish to Eat". The added ingredients in these dishes are an organic breadcrumb coating (containing wheat starch, rice flour, water, yeast and salt). Frozen.
