Cannon Farm Org Mountain Lamb
A pure-bred mountain lamb from Cannon Farm in Montgomeryshire in the hills of mid-Wales. Fed mainly on wild herbs and grasses, the diet and breed combine to produce a small lamb of superb yet delicate flavour, matured on the bone after slaughter for that extra-special taste. The whole lamb is delivered as 2 shoulders, 1 whole plus 2 half legs, 2 racks, loin chops, chump chops, neck, and 2 breasts. Total weight 7-10kg
