Org Doves Pasta Flour (1kg)
Based on the Wiltshire/Berkshire border, Doves Farm Foods was established in 1978 by Michael and Clare Marriage who wanted to produce sustainable, organic farming to produce safe, healthy and nutritious food, without damaging the environment. All the products found under the Doves Farm label are based upon grains and cereals or are complimentary to them. Home made pasta is traditionally made with fine Type "O" pasta flour in Italy. This light white flour is high in protein and can also be used for pizza and bread making.
