This is really nice! We first sauté leeks in butter then add chopped organic chicken breasts and carrots, swede, potato, leeks and garlic, and simmer gently in chicken stock until everything is lovely and tender. The piece de resistance is the beautiful organic flaky pastry which sits proudly on top - delicious!
