Additive-free Duck leg quarter pack of 4
Our ducks are produced in south Wales on a small family farm. The ducks are reared and slaughtered on the farm, without the use of routine drugs or any additives. The feed is home-grown on the farm. The ducks are given access to apsture once they are old enough to roam. The breed is Aylesbury crossed with Peking, which gives a good carcass and plenty of flavour. leaner with denser flesh. They weigh around 1.8 to 2 kg. It is important that the meat is kept moist whilst cooking.
