Organic Soya Mince
This organic textured vegetable mince (TVP) is made from pressed soya cake, with about 8% soya oil, rich in lethicins and vitamin E.
Whilst ordinary soya minces are made from soya cake where the oil has been extracted with a petrochemical solvent (usually hexane) this organic mince uses no solvents.
The result is a TVP with excellent flavour, texture and no solvent residue.
Produced in Zimbabwe under a fairtrade system.
