Tenderloin Approx. 250g (10 oz) each - packed singly	Leg - Bone-in Joint sizes - just over 1 kg to 5 kg (2.5 to 10 lbs).	Leg - boned & rolled About 2/3rds of the weight of 'bone-in' joints.

Mini-roast joints - about 1 kg (2.2lbs) ideal for a few people	Shoulder - Boned & rolled at about 0.7 to 3 kg (1.5 - 6 lbs).	Belly In a piece or strips of 250 gms (8oz)
