Pimhill Farm, Shropshire
Pimhill Farm near Shrewsbury is run by Richard and Ginny Mayall. The Mayalls have been farming organically since 1949 when it was converted by Sam Mayall and his son, Richard. Ginny is the third generation to run Pimhill a farm of 320 hectares (770 acres). The enterprises on the farm include a herd of Holstein milking cows, cereals, potatoes and over 40 different varieties of vegetables.

Pertwood Farm, Wiltshire
Mark Houghton-Brown's farm on the Wiltshire Downs started to become organic in 1986. The area has grown cereals since Celtic times, and the hamlet was mentioned in the Domesday book. The farm produces cereals (oats, wheat, barley & rye); grass for grazing beef and sheep (hay is made for winter feed); and vegetables.
It's range of breakfast cereals has received widespread acclaim and awards. All are wheat-free.
