On Trinity Farm, Lew Winter rears a number of organic pigs, mostly of the traditional Saddleback breed.
As well as a range of livestock, Trinity Farm work 5 acres of fairly intensive market garden produce including approx. 1.5 acres of greenhouse production. This is to supply our Farm shop and box delivery round.
Christmas trees are also part of our production with 6,000 growing at any one
time. School trips and farm experience days are also a regular feature by
appointment.
