Geoff & Sally Adams
The Grange, nr Raglan, Momnmouthshire

The Geoff and Sally Adams farm this 100 acre sheep and beef farm in east Wales. This is their description of their farm.
The Grange lies at the edge of the Herefordshire plain where it meets the hills of Wales. Our fields are part of the rolling Monmouthshire countryside, one is flat enough for cricket and another is steep enough for sledding.
Cattle
Our beef comes from 15 cows who were born here over the last 10 years. They all have names and personalities and are kept like extended family, enabling them to live and develop in a gentle natural way far removed from the pressurised farming methods which now predominate. The calves are kept with their contemporaries until finished. The bull is the only outsider and he comes to visit normally in September. We have bred our current production from Charles, a docile Murray Grey, who has done the herd proud.
Our Philosophy
Our organic traditional farming practices work for the benefit of all, our animals, you the discerning customer, and for the environment.
