Cooked Meats

Available in vacuum packs of 100gms, 200 gms and 500 gms, the current range consists of organic beef, organic ham and organic turkey.

Cooked Beef

The beef is from our range of fast roasting joints - topside, Thick Flank, etc. This is the best quality roasting joints, full of flavour, and like all our award-winning beef range, traditionally matured (hung) for three weeks.

Pastrami Beef

Our packs of Pastrami beef are cooked to perfection and sliced or left in a joint. Made to authentic Pastrami recipes the flavour of the herbs and spices give that subtle blend of flavours so characteristic of true Pastrami beef. Great for salads or sandwiches.

Pates

The Duchy Originals brand was established in 1990 by HRH there Prince of Wales because of his belief in the advantages of organic farming. Profits generated by the sales of Duchy Originals are donated to the Prince of Wales's Charitable Foundation, which supports a wide range of causes relating to welfare and the environment. Duchy pates are produced by the Patchwork Pate company in north Wales.

There are currently five pates in the range. All are available in either 230 or 455 gms, and all are frozen :

	Organic Chicken with apple chutney & cider Fresh organic chicken livers combined with sautéed onions, organic cider from Suffolk and organic apple chutney. A traditional taste with a twist.
	Organic Devilled Chicken with Madeira Fresh organic chicken livers sautéed with Welsh Organic bacon and blended with mustard and Madeira for a fiery pate with a bite.
	Organic Chicken with mushroom & Tarragon Fresh organic chicken livers, gently fried, and sautéed with onions and mushrooms blended with organic sherry from Portugal and tarragon.
	Organic Chicken with lemon & lemoncello Fresh organic chicken livers blended with organic lemon juice and zest and organic lemoncello.
	Carrot and Ginger Detox Pâté with Ginseng (not organic) Wow, how could detox be so much fun?!? So bright, so orange it almost makes you feel better by just looking at it! This Vegetarian pâté is a scrumptious blend of organic carrots and organic pinto beans with the zing of ginger. Also with added ginseng to lift your spirits from the winter blues.

Smoked Salmon Pate

A wonderfully creamy pate with a subtle yet satisfying flavour, made with local organic crème fraiche and organic salmon from the north of Scotland.
