Having weaned your baby on organic food, there is the question of what to feed them on next? Many people will simply share the family meal, but there are circumstances in our busy lives when a quicker organic answer is required. The Junior Deli range of organic meals and parts of meals is frozen to maximise goodness, but convenient, and ready in a few minutes.

	Cottage Pie 310g Who doesn’t love a cottage pie? This one is jam packed full of lean minced beef with lots of veggies hidden in there too - tomatoes, peppers, onions, broccoli, mushrooms and carrot. Topped with lovely fluffy cheesy mashed potato and sprinkled with mild organic cheddar cheese this looks and tastes absolutely delicious!
	Creamy Salmon & Vegetable Pie 310g This is a deliciously creamy and comforting fish pie – lovely pale pink organic salmon is poached to perfection then combined with silky cheese sauce and leeks, carrots, broccoli and peas. A favourite.
	Delicious Vegetable & Lentil Pie 310g Even non vegetarians love this – it’s a really hearty, tasty meal. Onion, garlic and carrot are sautéed in sunflower oil then we add passata, pesto and thyme. Finally there's added stock and split red lentils - all simmered until perfect. A topping of fluffy, cheesy mash sprinkled with grated cheddar cheese completes this lovely dish.
	Chicken Hot Pot 300g This is really nice! We first sauté leeks in butter then add chopped organic chicken breasts and carrots, swede, potato, leeks and garlic, and simmer gently in chicken stock until everything is lovely and tender. The piece de resistance is the beautiful organic flaky pastry which sits proudly on top – we defy anyone not to love this pie!

	The Meaty Sauce 130g As well as the beautiful lean organic minced beef in this sauce, they've also managed to cram in broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, sweet red peppers, onion and tomatoes – but most of it is very well hidden! Not only great with pasta but try it over a Yorkshire pudding, with rice or a baked potato – or use it to make a cottage pie or a pasta bake – endless options! A truly versatile sauce.
	The Roasted Veggie Sauce 130g This is lovely – roasted courgette, carrots, mushrooms, red onions, garlic and sweet pointed peppers in extra virgin olive oil, add tomatoes and Italian herbs then we whizz until smooth – the sauce is then finished with a big blob of crème fraiche to make it just perfect!
	Creamy Cheese Sauce 130g This sauce is so creamy, so cheesy, so smooth and silky – it’s gorgeous! It's made with a classic roux and add lovely organic mild cheddar cheese to make a sauce that can be used for so many things – pour over cauliflower or other vegetables – use with the pasta sauces to make a pasta bake – pour over fish – mix with other things for a creamy pasta sauce – you are only limited by your imagination!
The Ella's Kitchen range of sauces in pouches can be stored at room temperature, and poured over a range of dishes for children. The heat of the meal can be sufficient to warm the sauce, or the meal with sauce can be put in a microwave for around 30 seconds to bring it to temperature. The sauces contain: NO added sugar or salt NO concentrates or added water NO additives or thickeners NO E numbers or GM NO dairy, egg, wheat, lactose or gluten NO lumps or bits and nothing artificial JUST pureed organic sauce for kids!
	Italian Pasta sauce 90g This delicious Italian-style sauce contains 55% Organic Tomato Passata, 27% Organic Apple Puree, 14% Organic Onion Puree, 2% Organic Basil Puree, 1% Organic Lemon Juice, 1% Organic Garlic Puree.
	American Pasta Sauce 90g Another of the Ella's Kitchen range containing 36% Organic Pumpkin Puree, 33% Organic Tomato Passata, 20% Organic Sweet Corn Puree, 9% Organic Orange Juice, 1% Organic Garlic Puree, 1% Organic Lemon Juice.
	Indian Pasta Sauce 90g Again from Ella's Kitchen, this sauce contains 42% Organic Tomato Passata, 24% Organic Carrot Puree, 15% Organic Sweet Potato Puree, 10% Organic Coconut Milk, 7% Organic Onion Puree, 0.7% Organic ground coriander, 0.5% Organic Lemon Juice, 0.5% Organic ground cumin and 0.3% Organic ground cinnamon.

	Fruity Vegetable & Bean Curry 220g This is not only really delicious but really healthy too. Just look at this list of ingredients – haricot beans, carrots, pearl barley, apples, red lentils, onion, garlic, potatoes, sultanas – add to that lots of lovely spices and you have a magnificent dish.

	Sausage Shapes 6 x 23g Using organic sausagemeat (with organic pork and herbs in it!), this is a bit different with shapes other than sausage shapes – so we have circles, squares and triangles; treat as you would sausages!
	Salmon Goujons 6 x 20g Beautiful organic pale pink Scottish salmon is simply cut into perfect sized goujons and covered in organic breadcrumbs. Simply drizzle in a little oil and pop in the oven for a delicious treat.
	Cod Goujons 6 x 20g Wonderful, sustainable cod from Shetland is, just like the salmon, simply cut into perfect sized goujons and covered in organic breadcrumbs. Simply drizzle in a little oil and pop in the oven – a real favourite with all children.
	Chicken Fingers 6 x 30g Lovely organic chicken breasts are cut into fingers and coated in organic breadcrumbs. To serve, just drizzle in a little oil and pop in the oven, then serve with our yummy chips or mash, and their favourite veggies.

	Mini Sausage Rolls 8 x 35g Made with organic sausagemeat using lovely organic pork and herbs, wrapped in organic flaky pastry. These mini rolls are great for parties or picnics.
	Fluffy Mashed Potato 130g The best organic potatoes, peeled, chopped and boiled until soft. Then to make the smoothest, fluffiest mashed potato it is passed through a mouli. Then to make it even better we add butter, milk and a little seasoning. Well, you can imagine how good it tastes….and it’s ready in just 3 minutes.
