Tinned fish
This range of sustainably caught wild sea fish is tinned, with any extra ingredients being organic. The range covers Harring, Mackerel, Sardines, Tuna and Anchovies. It is caught in atlantic waters. No drag nets are used. Albacore tuna is caught by hook and line, with the others bring harvested in small nets. There is no wastage as the net-caught fish live in shoals, which are specifically located by infra-red. Fishing is seasonal. None is done during the breeding season. The fishermen use small, community-based fishing boats, which leave port in the morning, and return at night. No large scale industrail boats are used.
