Sustainably farmed Halibut
Reared off Shetland, these fish come from a pioneering fish farm which is developing organic standards for halibut farming. As yet there are still areas to refine, such as sourcing the eggs and young fish, which is currently from a farm in Iceland. We believe this enterprise is worth supporting, to enable it to develop towards its goals.
