Sustainably caught Mackerel
From the Marine Stewardship Council's approved South West Mackerel fishery, these mackerel are from a well managed, sustainable fishery, which uses hand-lines only to catch the mackerel. Whole, gutted fish are packed singly and weigh around 250-330g. fillets are available in 2's weighing approximately 160g per pack. There is some seasonality to supply. Stocks may have been previously frozen.
