Mountain lamb
Developed over centuries to survive in the wild environment of the Welsh uplands, the unique mountain breeds of Wales produce small lambs of exquisite flavour. The lambs are reared most of their lives on the herbs and grasses of of their native habitat. The meat is fully butchered, vac-packed and labelled for identification of cuts.
