| This delicious cooked and peeled chestnuts, come from the Ardehe in south east France - the most famous chestnut growing area in the world, with the trees originally planted by the Roman Legions. More than 80 organic co-operatives and growers produce the chestnuts which are almost manually processed, fresh from the harvest. All in attractive packs. |

| MARZIPAN |
| The king of marzipans is made in Lubecker, Germany, with a high percentage of very finely ground almonds and a dark and thin chocolate casing. This marzipan is even more special, as instead of sugar, it is made with honey. Available in 50 and 100g. |

| STOLLEN CAKE |
| The distinctive oval shape of this traditional German Christmas cake is said to represent the Christ child wrapped in swaddling clothes. Our rich organic Stollen from central Germany is made with the very highest quality of ingredients, and lots of fruit, almonds, marzipan and even organic rum! (750g size) |

| TURRON |
| Over a thousand years ago the tradition of turrón began in Spain. By combining almonds and honey, the Moorish conquerors of Spain created a new version of their traditional halva nougat. This became a Christmas tradition over the centuries, and is still primarily made in the Mediterranean towns of Alicante (a hard version) and Jijona (a soft version). Our organic turróns are made with a high proportion of organic almonds, together with organic honey and raw cane sugar. (200g). |

| PANETTONE CAKE |
This traditional Italian Christmas bread is suited for dessert, afternoon tea or breakfast. Our organic Panettone is made in the Veneto region of northern Italy. It is a delicately balanced classic Panettone 'brioche' with a light citrus and vanilla flavour, with plenty of sultanas for moisture. Simply stunning! (750g) |
