Welsh Farm Organics
Celebrating its 10th year in business, it seems a long time since Jonathan and Sally first dreamt up the idea of having an organic meat business, offering top quality meat from their own farm. More recently they have acquired Graig Farm Organics.(2009)
Jonathan of course, is no stranger to farming, having lived all of his life on the family farm in the Severn valley, right in the heart of Montgomeryshire. Sally and Jonathan have three young boys who also have a love of good quality food and are beginning to develop a passion for organic farming also.
In August 2002 Jonathan and Sally were married and their dream was already starting to be realised. A purpose-built cutting plant was erected on their farm and they were supplying some of the best restaurants in the country. The Dorchester in London was one of their first major clients providing a great boost to the young couple.
2003 saw the birth of Maldwyn, their first son. Soon to be followed in 2006 by Max and then 2007 by Archie.
By mid 2004 the on-line shop was well established and the second phase of 'the dream' was being realised. This service provided Joe Public with the good quality, affordable, traceable, organic meat that Jonathan had always wanted. Their efforts were now being noted in the food sector, winning endless awards for the quality of their meat and service.
In the spring of 2009, Jonathan and Sally had the opportunity to purchase Graig Farm Organics, a major competitor in the organic on-line food market.

As all the butchery and processing is carried out at our new processing facilities on the farm, we need a team of expert butchery staff to achieve and maintain our high standards. Our Head Butcher, Mark Stephens along with his team of butchery staff ensure that the standards are indeed maintained.

We pride ourselves on the fact that we are very much a team. From farmers, to butchers, to management and office staff. By working together we believe we can produce the quality of products which our customers want and indeed deserve.
